• Manage the Sydney Trains Interface Team responsible for station upgrade projects within the Transport Access Program, including communication and consultation with stakeholders.
• Provide Sydney Trains representation at planning and coordination meetings to ensure the best possible customer experience for Sydney Trains customers accessing the transport network though our stations.
• Manage the Governance process for the Sydney Trains element of the Transport Access Program.
• Monitor the delivery of projects across the program, including assessing business and system requirements specifications to assess risk, identify issues and proactively resolve problems.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on the progress of Interface projects to senior management and proactively manage anomalies and variances.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in delivering quality and timely projects and ensure that Sydney Trains and Customer’s interests are represented during the project.

• Manage the Sydney Trains interface for projects within the Transport Access Program, including communication and consultation with stakeholders.
• Provide Sydney Trains representation at interface meetings to ensure proactive stakeholder engagement and problem resolution.
• Monitor the delivery of projects across the program, including assessing business and system requirements specifications to assess risk, identify issues and proactively resolve problems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in delivering quality and timely projects and ensure that Sydney Trains and Customer’s interests are represented during the project.
• Coordinate Sydney Trains resources and facilitate access to rail infrastructure to ensure effective project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the Asset Management, Maintenance, Facilities and Property groups to ensure a coordinated approach to project delivery.

• Managing a project office with a major capital works in progress value in excess of $100M across multiple projects.
• Managing staff workloads including allocation of projects to ensure completion to scope, time and budget.
• Mentoring and training of team members, including resolution of project issues and negotiations.
• Liaising and coordinating with external departments and agencies to ensure smooth integration and completion of projects.
• Managing key stakeholders and contractors to ensure works were delivered on time and to budget through facilitation of monthly project meetings.
• Tracking of projects and provision of accurate and timely reporting and governance documentation to senior management.

• Timely completion of projects ranging from small insular projects to major developments involving multiple stakeholders / organisations.
