Mr. Teeter is an investment transaction expert since 1998, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Development. He is an accomplished professional with technical experience in acquisitions, divestitures, investment analysis, analytics, capital raise, and development.As a Managing Partner, he is responsible for the day to day operations of Invictus, transaction oversight, business development, deal-sourcing, negotiations, and providing support for its associates. A West Michigan native, Mr. Teeter brings the values, tenacity, dedication, and hard work principals the he no doubt cultivated while playing under legendary coach Bo Schembechler at the University of Michigan and playing in the National Football League. It is through his experience as a college/professional athlete and coach that Mr. Teeter understands the importance of creating a TEAM of high character individuals that will represent clients with the highest standards and Integrity. Mr. Teeter holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan, and is a Licensed Broker in the State of Michigan. He and his wife Kim have three adult children and reside in West Michigan. Show less
