20 years overseeing Midstream Operations with an expertise in NatGas, NGL’s, Refined Products, and Renewables via barges, vessels, railcars, trucks, storage caverns, terminals, and pipelines. Manage terminal operations, safety, multiple trunk lines, gathering lines, and storage facilities ensuring accuracy and lowest rate costs within the cycle time deadlines. Established pipeline/terminal relationships and an understanding of pipeline tariffs, coupled with geographic knowledge of pipe and storage infrastructure in the Texas, Gulf Coast, and NE regions. Optimize and manage transportation and storage assets. Work closely with Pipeline Integrity and Compliance team to schedule required inspection, maintenance and testing of various pipelines and components. (Includes PSV testing, CP surveys, ILI’s). Ability to make and implement sound decisions when faced with multi-faceted problems.
