Network Manager
Multifaceted responsibilities in the purchasing, installation, configuring, management and protection of Hall, Estill’s infrastructure, including telecommunications. Purchase, configure and setup personal computers, laptops, telephones, and all office peripheral equipment for 200+ employees in 4 offices nationwide. Administrative duties, including the creation and management of users and equipment using Microsoft Active Directory. Monitor daily backups and restoration when appropriate of data, including e-mails. Ongoing management of data storage using set quotas. Monitor, support and upgrading of all the Firm’s multiple application servers in all the offices.Daily Supervisor of Hall, Estill Call Center, overseeing both areas of hardware and application support. Taking phone calls and emails nearly 24/7. Calls can range from system down, general application error, or request for services. Carefully directing support personnel in communication and support to the non-technical audience. Proposals of yearly budgets, including all new equipment, appropriate replacements and parts to support all of the Firm’s current equipment. In charge of negotiating purchase and lease agreements with third party relationships, including, but not limited to, copiers, printers, phones, internet and long distance access. Then oversee these third parties in support, replacement and repair during terms of the purchase and/or lease.
