Michael started out working for Washington Mutual as an Operations Manager out of the Massapequa Mall location. During Michael's time here he managed operations for the branch from scheduling, incoming and outgoing shipments, transactions, the vault, safety deposit vault, general ledgers, profit and loss, new accounts, and expenses. As JPMorgan Chase purchased Washington Mutual Michael was asked to take a roll as a Personal Banker in late 2008 in Rockville Centre, NY. Michael excelled at this roll being able to use his operational background, and top notch customer service to his advantage. Soon after being moved into the roll Michael was asked to be a Small Business Specialist out of the Massapequa offices in early 2009 . Michael worked with small businesses and start ups to help them get off the ground, and helped them build plans around their Income and Expenses to maximize and leverage their businesses for lending and growth. In early 2010 Michael was then asked to take the roll of Small Business Banker working out of the Franklin Square offices of Chase. Michael had an influential role in the growth of businesses as well as individual accounts in this branch from lending to deposits. Michael left in March of 2012 to pursue opportunities with Santander Bank.
