Responsibilities: - Analyze, design and improve upon existing conditions of semiconductor fabrication tools. - Implement cost-savings, cost reduction and cost avoidance items. - Coordinate PMs, break-down (unscheduled) maintenance and schedule planned improvements to minimize down-time of operating machines - Develop, maintain and update SOPs, pre-task plans and action plans. - Risk assessment and hazard recognition. - Trouble shoot and resolve issues such as leaks and particle generation problems. - Interface with vendors and manufacturers to initiate supply, repair and spares loops. - Data analysis to identify trends and problem areas.

Operations & Maintenance Support • Provide day to day support of operational and maintenance issues on site, primarily in the ultra pure water plant • Assist/lead in troubleshooting of system operational issues • Perform detailed analysis of utility systems operations • Analyze data to predict utility usage • Responsible for monitoring current system demands and capacity concerns • Investigate ways to reduce the cost of maintenance or improvement projects • Create & modify maintenance and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Projects• Coordinates Facilities equipment improvement projects. • Participates in Task Force Teams (TFT) for utility cost savings. • Develop projects based on operational need and/or energy & cost conservation • Perform detailed analysis of problems and all possible solutions • Perform cost/benefit analysis and engineering recommendation • Assist with and/or complete design • Coordinate installation and commissioning • Develop standard operating procedures and assist in implementation • Train facilities personnel on new system and proper operations • Ensure proper closeout of the entire project • Communicates technical information to executive leadership

Qualified to stand multiple watches in the engineering department on a nuclear powered submarine (SSGN 728 blue) including Auxiliary Electrician Aft, Throttleman, Electrical Operator, Shutdown Electrical Operator and Shutdown Reactor Operator. Qualified QA (Quality Assurance) work-center supervisor and QA craftsman. Familiar with electrical power and load distribution centers from standing watch at the EPCP (Electric Plant Control Panel). Responsible for ordering, inventorying and maintaining repair parts for electrical division. Maintained, troubleshot and repaired motors, generators, circuit breakers, PLCs, motor controllers, switchboards, voltage regulators, frequency regulators and lead-acid batteries to keep maximum equipment readiness during key missions. Conducted ground and fault isolation. Read and interpreted electrical blue-prints and schematic diagrams to assist in troubleshooting. Operated standard test and metering equipment including ohmmeter, voltmeter, ammeter, stroboscope and wattmeter.
