• Oversee the origination, structuring and execution of capital markets solutions for both the debt and equity side of the capital stack. • Responsible for the sourcing and closing of all company loans, including development, acquisition, refinancing and corporate loans. Manage and coordinate the closing process.• Assist with company and investor reporting, including preparation of quarterly reports, individual investor reports, fund reports, financial statements, and other periodic/ad-hoc reports.• Lead team that coordinates all property dispositions; including selecting a broker, facilitating all information requests and making sure closings happen in a timely manner. • Maintain cash flow models for investment funds and individual properties/projects as needed.• Develop and track business plans for all assets in the portfolio, and work with various departments (accounting, investments, acquisitions, development) to make sure the plan is implemented properly. • Assist with quarterly fund valuations, real estate debt schedules, and other supporting materials. • Manage multiple employees on the Finance Team to ensure job performance and workflow are being maximized to benefit the entire company• Administer the annual appraisal process for all assets and handle property tax management. • Track the performance of real estate investments; establish and maintain investor capital accounts and calculate waterfall distributions and preferred returns pursuant to operating agreements.• Review and approve internal/external underwriting models to ensure that they meet the goals for the company in terms of return metrics, fund goals, financing/equity possibilities, etc. • Review and help manage leases for existing and new tenants in terms of structuring lease, working with brokers, evaluating a tenant’s credit worthiness, tracking property business plans, abstracting, etc.
