I have worked in the service industry, leading my employees to be top notch providers while representing the company to the highest of standards.Until recently, I provided project management for an area general contractor, helping to revitalize dilapidated housing in the downtown Indianapolis area. I led 1-800-PACK-RAT of Indianapolis sales, marketing and operations initiatives in a market previously dominated by a competitor. In this role, I was determined to spotlight the locality of a national company by growing relationships with key customers and partner businesses.My colleagues know me as a customer service driven leader that pushes the service and products of the company beyond the expected parameters. When working with networking partners, I always take into account that we are an extension of the client. I always do my best to be steps ahead in the process and exceed the expected service levels. While I enjoy working alone, I'm at my best working with a solid team that honors the notion that "the customer is always right." I have a BA in communications with a major concentration in Advertising from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
