I'm a determined and hard working professional with years of experience in the service industry, management, and now SaaS. Through my work and life experience I have developed a knack for interacting with customers and providing the best experience possible with any company that I am representing. In all of my jobs I have enjoyed developing specialized skills or knowledge as much as possible in order to provide a top quality service and product. I have had to adapt, work overtime, and develop innovative ways to maintain business and team morale through my experiences during the 2020 pandemic and lock down measures. In my time of management and home inspection I have developed effective and concise written and oral communication skills with clients and employees. I have had to utilize a myriad of software solutions in my most recent and prominent positions and have enjoyed the continual learning and improvement that have been necessary to succeed. In my free time I can usually be found enjoying life with my now growing family and community. I enjoy time outdoors, reading, listening to audio-books and podcasts, and studying theology.
