Oversaw takeover of eight Harley Davidson products from tooling arrival, review of sampling, correcting for PPAP approval, managing shot counts to production support. Provided production support through tracking engineering change progress, and communication of issues to plants and outside tooling vendors. Drove engineering change implementations from initial design, approval of final design, implementation, and filing for accurate record keeping. Helped manage tooling budget of over $2 million. Lead initiative to create tooling support documentation for improving setup of production tooling.
