Responsible for the strategic operation of the Engineering Center of Excellence for Multiquip, Inc. Manage a team of 15+ design / project engineers and 5 technicians in a performance-based R&D and manufacturing environment. Achieved complete design and order fulfillment process re-definition, strategic sourcing, major product launches, and cost savings on existing product line. Enable new product and new technology development on top-of-the-line concrete placing and finishing equipment. Responsible for implementing Pro/E & Pro/I CAD/CAM as part of an enterprise-wide, continuous improvement strategy. Responsible for a group of eight design engineers on the Air Force C-17 Airlifter program. Our group designed the horizontal stabilizer for this aircraft.
