For the last 20 years I've been a company storyteller, strategist and communicator. I've worked for and with companies that span industries and impact – from privately held agencies to publicly traded retailers – with an employee base ranging from a few hundred to 170,000.After leading Best Buy’s groundbreaking Internal Communications function for more than a decade, my colleague Jennifer Rock and I have branched out on our own, forming the internal communications consulting firm ROCKdotVOSS. Our mission is to help organizations develop fresh, innovative methods to inform and inspire their audiences. We’re different than the big consultancies. We’re an agile, two-person operation, and we genuinely enjoy sharing our combined 40+ years of expertise and experience to help our clients.
