- Management of simultaneous projects with expenditure ranging from $20K to $100M- Agile / Scrum style of Project Management- Proficient in Oracle and Maximo - Completion of project management plans detailing project scope, work break down structures, financial management, risk assessments, project mile stones, and project teams etc.- Management of gas main replacement projects- Selection of Steel and PE contractor panels- Development of detailed project tender scopes along with review of tender submissions- Site supervision of in-house crews and contractors including tier one principal contractors- Review and endorsement of contractor safe work method statements along with construction safety management plans, environmental management plans, quality management plans and provide guidance where required- Assist in develop internal safe work method statements and consult on construction safety plan updates- Organise and conduct risk assessments- Application & interpretation of relevant company policies, legislation, codes and standards providing advice where required- Participate in tender negotiations- Liaise with local statutory authorities, clients, internal departments and other project stakeholders - Development and interpretation of construction plans- Manage capital and operational budgets- Cost reporting and budget forecasting- Project and program management and reporting- Resource management- Conduct regular toolbox meetings- Incident investigations and reporting- Participate and conduct lessons learnt with internal and external stakeholders

- Supervise maintenance and construction of underground gas pipelines utilising a variety of materials - Supervision and management of contractors- Application & interpretation of relevant gas legislation, codes and standards, providing advice where required.- Liaise with DEEDI for compliance and advice matters.- Deliver training modules and inductions to new and existing contractors- Project management and reporting- Development and interpretation of construction plans- Assist in tender negotiations- Managing capital and operational budgets- Cost reporting, budgeting, job estimation - Construction design and planning- Compliance auditing of industrial, commercial and domestic customers- Compliance auditing of contractor work- Organise and conduct risk assessments- Pressure maintenance of bulk gas storage and district regulator sets- Functionality checks and installation of billing meters- Preventative maintenance and reporting- Liaise with local statutory authorities and all project stakeholders- Manage numerous construction projects between Port Douglas and Townsville- Participate in emergency management roster
