River Sync Films focuses on the development and production of entertaining, original stories told by passionate creatives.-Oversee the budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations of production-Coordinate with department heads and manage production resources-Handle logistics, negotiate contracts, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during filming

-Effectively collaborated with Showrunners, Production Service Companies, Producers, UPM’s and POC’s to deliver shows on time and at budget-Created and maintained multiple databases essential to sharing overall project status, diverse candidate resumes, vendor lists, production files, stage availability and existing stage/office lease tracking-Reviewed development projects, generated corresponding production and post schedule scenarios, identified appropriate series budget templates and tax incentive viability-Utilized long standing relationships with BTL agencies to identify key vendors, prepared HOD shortlists and helped productions implement AMC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative-Worked closely with Creative, Legal, Finance and Post plus outside vendors, contractors, and production partners to coordinate clearance reviews, track workflows and spending, troubleshoot as needed-Composed the AMC Studios Pandemic Safety Guidelines, modified as required and worked with production health and safety teams to enforce all protocols

-Successfully interfaced with all levels of production to provide simultaneous support on as many as 7 shows-Created and analyzed budget comparisons and financial projections for current and future projects to ensure departmental readiness-Managed and facilitated efficient collaboration between Finance, Post Production, Business Affairs, Human Resources and other key departments-Supervised a team of production assistants-Accurately monitored script revisions, call sheets, as well as DGA and SAG reports-Consistently anticipated department needs and acted independently to problem solve as required

Responsible for orchestrating awareness building and fund raising events for our chosen charity, The Jeff Griffith Youth Center. These annual events include JGYC Volunteer Day, where we clean, paint and renovate the center, the JGYC Sock Drive, the only source of new clean socks for JGYC homeless youth, and the JGYC Holiday Party, where we provide food, entertainment and gifts for up to 200 clients.

• Establish and nurture strong, productive vendor relationships through drafting of professionalcorrespondence, frequent phone contact and face‐to‐face rapport• Resourcefully administer production workload for over 60 crew members, determine priorities to meetdeadlines, and distribute daily schedules and updates to key personnel• Monitor expenses for production budgets and enforce proper format and accuracy for all documents
