• Oversee the delivery of compliance assessments for the Clery Act and Title IX for client institutions and higher education law firms serving institutions of higher education.
• Train members of the higher education community on compliance with Title IX and the Clery Act.
• Serve as a Clery Act subject matter expert to partner organizations within higher education including: the American Council on Education, the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators, etc.
• Serve as a Clery Act subject matter expert to the United States Department of Education’s Clery contractor Westat in revisions of the Handbook for Campus Safety and Security Reporting during revisions required by the.
