I have extensive experience in structure assembly and modification. Such as assembly of aircraft parts utilizing blueprints and planning with various tools such as micrometers, dial calipers, torque wrenches, air drills, air hammers, and numerous hand tools. Experienced with self inspection certification and policies.

I have worked as a planning lead, core planning, and shop floor support using the following systems CAMS, ENOVIA, SAP, CANVAS, and BEDVUE. The duties have included, overseeing a planning group that was establishing work instructions to build a new aircraft. I have also had to determine manufacturing processes to split engineering design into sub-assemblies and Item builds, compare engineering BOM to planning BOM to insure all engineering parts have been consumed. Work with cross-functional personnel on production issues related to engineering design, material, tooling, specifications and processes to help production flow. Plan rework documents and help manufacturing with root cause to insure the root cause is not repeated. Incorporate any engineering changes to vendors or manufacturing processes
