Initially hired as a senior designer in 2011, I moved to creative director within a year. In its focus of creating the most effective anti-bullying, abuse, harassment, and discrimination training possible, I helped the company work towards that goal through leading the creative team. In addition to director responsibilities, I created and maintained the company's brand identity, developed our product's visual style, handled content design, made illustrated and animated assets, applied motion design to both brand-focused and in-program material, and even got to do some character design, storyboarding and animation for youth-targeted programing. I also had the good fortune to work with some of the best people of my professional career who wanted to use their talents to make a difference.

My position covered a wide variety of requirements. Illustration (including medical), Web design, Flash design and animation, and some basic 3D animation were required for various projects including multiple children's educational programs for high school science curriculums, logo development and design, diagrams for patient education for doctors, promotional material (online and print), Flash games, and more.
