Managed monthly diagnostics, analytics and reporting of the $280 billion Consumer Mortgage portfolio to the Loan Loss Working Group Forecast. Collaborate with several cross-functional groups to incorporate mortgage portfolio, borrower, financial and COVID Loan Relief program data updates and changes to deliver the needed diagnostics, analytics and support for the Loss Forecast Admin Team. Initiated credit risk reporting focused CARES Act Loan Relief data for the Consumer Mortgage Portfolio which includes $24 billion of Relief Loans’ status and performance of interest deferrals, special forbearances and loan modifications.• Strategized and developed data mart of 12 distinct data sources including loan history, actual loan losses, forecast model input, income, assets, unemployment and COVID Loan Relief data. Aggregate point in time and periodic data into ‘one source’ for ease of use and flexibility in analysis and reporting, to support Loan Loss Forecasting used for the Consumer Mortgage portfolio.• Designed and implement a new credit risk reporting structure of the consumer mortgage portfolio data, key credit loss segmentation, and COVID Loan Relief Program data for over 75 reports for analysis and insights supporting Loan Loss Forecasts.• Lead monthly consumer mortgage loan portfolio reviews of critical risk information providing analytical insights of changes and trends and risk watch list items.• Contributed in the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) supporting document, review and examination prep for the federal regulators for the past 4 years.• Transitioned the Loan Delinquency Transition Model that aligns forecasted delinquent loan balances with the forecasted credit events and prepayments.• Migrated reporting processes to new Global Risk Data Platform and converting to Tableau Reportapplication to enhance business intelligence.
