Goal-driven and motivated UCF graduate and Eagle Scout, always seeking to expand knowledge and experience within I.T.During my start at City of Casselberry, I introduced a new MDM, Microsoft Intune, for all endpoints in a hybrid environment. I incorporated key security features such as managing Windows Updates, LAPS, application deployment, and AutoPilot with Entra.I restructured and simplified group management to reinforce a focus with Microsoft Intune and Entra AD with our on-Prem Active Directory.I piloted the deployment and integration of a new AI-powered cybersecurity platform with endpoints and servers, and also implemented a cloud-based password manager.Additionally, I served as a trainer for new I.T. staff and restructured and reorganized nearly all existing and new I.T. documentation into a singular cloud-based solution.As a newly promoted System Administrator within the City of Casselberry, I focused on reinforcing our security practices; I have been working closely with the I.T. Manager on transitioning the entire City from old hardware and software to the Cisco Meraki stack, while restructuring and simplifying our network to improve end-user experiences as well as I.T. workflow and troubleshooting.Always emphasizing the importance of documentation and providing continued training to I.T. staff for any new software solutions with the City!
