MSSA is an 18-week, full time, hands-on IT training program developed by Microsoft. Pathway followed is Cloud Server and Administration. This pathway teaches the fundamentals required for a network administrator for both physical and virtual networks.

Managed and administered the safety program for operations including Traffic Safety, Protective Equipment/Clothing, Blood Borne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, Off-Duty Recreational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Mishap Investigations. Investigated, reviewed, and attended to all safety related issues for 10 buildings including over 600 personnel. Developed and implemented special operation procedures for safety training in compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations.Coordinated and facilitated nine company-wide educational events on workplace safety.Planned and prepared safety training for company requirements of over 600 personnel. Supervised the preparation of over 10 safety inspections resulting in an 80% and higher pass rate.

In conjunction with Program manager role, established and maintained the Environmental Protection Program for a company consisting of 600 personnel. Trained and ensured supervisors and their departments complied with environmental safety regulations on general environmental issues and managing environmental waste and storage sites. Managed and coordinated four hazardous material waste sites and 10 hazardous material storage sites, including waste removal. Monitored and evaluated the account of endangered species and other wild life to ensure that the regulations in place did not disrupt any endangered species.

-Substance Abuse and Prevention Program Manager -Advising the commander on all substance abuse matters. -Identifying and conducting administrative reviews of available records and documents and referring alcohol or drug abusers to the SACC via the commander for screening. -Performed counseling sessions weekly for all personnel who have had an alcohol or drug abuse addiction. -Sole responsibility in the education, organization, and monitoring of over 500 Marines and Sailors in alcohol and drug abuse prevention. -Conducted multiple unannounced urinalysis tests each month while testing 50-150 personnel monthly. -Experienced in handling classified and sensitive material.
