The Distribution Support Manager III, leads a team of 12 direct reports and oversees the development and support of various systems, data, and applications used by Power Delivery. These include NMS (TCMS), ARMS, JETS, damage assessment tools, and outage communication tools for both internal and customer use. My Team is responsible for historical reporting, providing data for Reliability, Storm Center, and regulatory filings. Additionally, I am actively involved in coordinating system upgrades and deployment of new versions, collaborating with DSCADA, cybersecurity, and representing GPC in industry-level organizations and committees.
