 Taking responsible for Commercial PC market research, determining the right products and right technologies with business models to choose based on customer needs.  Play the key role of bridging the Research and development team, marketing, operations based on the commercial PC lifecycle. Also organizes the implementation of corresponding PC strategies, as well as a series of other related product management activities, such training, technical/solution support…etc.

Leading a team to overall manage the User Work Space service line for Asia Pacific region which covers over 10 countries, such as Great China, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, India…etc to overall manage the solutions of User Workspace, including but not limited to managing Altiris/SCCM for workstation imaging design, deployment, patching, also support Outlook, Office 365, Symantec Endpoints Protection, Mobile Device Management (Airwatch)…etc.In charge of operational management to ensure the service delivery within SLA. Including but not limit to service management, vendor management, process standardization and optimization, security management…etc.

Leading an outsourcing team to manage Shanghai and XiAN site service delivery and operation, including PC, Imaging, Audio Visual, Voice support. And provide 2nd level of Engineering support, including design, engineering the client solutions. In charge of operational management to ensure the sites on the right trend. Including but not limit to service management, vendor management, process standardization and optimization, assets managements, security management, logistics service, and cost managements.

Managing a team to support and maintain the IT operation for China commercial offices (Beijing and Shanghai) which is about 200 employees, including but not limit to network (LAN/WAN), Voice Systems (Cisco IPT), Servers (AD, SCCM, SharePoint, File), Client devices (PC, Handheld, Printers, A/V systems), applications (SalesForce, SAP) and Service Desk service to ensure all the IT service and solutions are efficient and effective which can keep improving employee productivity. Manage team performance by recruiting, coaching, reporting to ensure that all IT team members can clearly understand their role and responsibilities and meet the unit and individual goals.

Leading a team to provide day to day IT client service support for around 3500 employees in 2 big sites in shanghai and 13 remote offices in China. Ensure the IT ticket is responded, resolved or escalated to meet the SLA. 2nd level support of all types of Client devices/applications, includes but not limit to: laptop, desktop, workstation, MacBook, handheld device (tablet, smartphone), Audio/Visual system, HP MFP, Cisco Tele-presence, Cisco IP telephone and Windows, office, outlook, VPN client, Hard drive Encryption, data backup tool, Webcast, etc. Leading or coordinating global initiative/local projects, such as:China imaging service line: overall managing imaging services for China to ensure it’s on healthy trend, includes but not limit to: driving indicators, process managements/control/improvements, cost managements/control, incident/problem managements, and supplier managements. China Audio/Visual service line: overall managing the Audio/visual service for Intel China that covers 8 sites over 600 conference rooms and 10 Cisco Video conferencing systems. Includes but not limit to: new system planning/procurement/deployments, process standardization/improvements, purchasing/procurement managements, vendor managements, and incident/problem managements.

Perform day to day support PC hardware issue, like break and fix, windows, office application troubleshooting, build PC system and deliver to the customer, also support printer and audio/visual system in the conference room, like projector, conference phone break and fix, engage the supplier to repair the hardware issue. Also maintain the stock room asset information, including register the new assets to the system, update the change if asset deliver out or swap for the customers

Support PC hardware, Infrastructure (LAN/WAN), Exchange/AD/DNS, Storage. Also support Lenovo service call center: provide remote troubleshooting for internal customers and manage the customer escalations.
