Developing my own firm from my investment growth. My goal is to be the founder of a hedge fund. My personal investment style for my own portfolio is to leverage global macro strategies similar to how any given hedge fund would although I use occams razor to simplify everything and break things down to first principles just because I'm a one man team. As my portfolio gains momentum I plan to trade into distressed sectors in a forward looking sense so that I can isolate cyclical trends for enhanced performance, basically buying certain sectors at discounts, waiting for economic conditions to contribute to the growth of any given sector and then locking in solid performance when market psychology indicates its time to exit- employing methods of negating or marginalizing decay on leveraged funds or notes is a project I'm working on right now for this. This aspect of my future trading will be to prioritize stability in a way that outperforms classic index funds/the market.My preferred method and most used trading/investing method is specializing in non-corallated assets, specifically ones that provide an asymmetrical advantage to holding them- non-corellated assets are the best performing assets of all time and I have so much faith in them that 90% of my life savings is locked into said assets. I've had life changing boosts in my net worth from non-corellated assets!Im always adapting and improving, after all, when you put your own twist and make your mark on things it makes it an almost certainty that your strategy is not in saturated use by thousands of other traders or with anything else in life.I'm very much a right brained investor and trader, text book knowledge won't always get you from point A to point B but creativity is a fail proof method of getting from A to B, being able to create future source material is a bigger deal than echoing stuff you couldn't have figured out yourself
