Working in education has helped me develop various skills including instructional design, project management, and stakeholder management. As an educator, instructional design is at the core of my job and has evolved from just direct in-person instruction to also include the use of eLearning tools and LMS such as Canvas. Planning curriculum has improved my project management skills in determining which skills and content need to be taught and broken down by school year, semester, term, and weeks. I'm experienced in project management in coordinating and collaborating with coworkers within the various teams and Professional Learning Communities. Education includes working with various stakeholders such as students, parents, administrators, and school district personnel. Working with these stakeholders is a daily process as I determined various needs for individual student learning between students and parents. I also worked to accomplish school and district learning goals and the stakeholders within those including administrators, school board, and district officials.
