I am responsible for the coordination and collation of safety reports across the Qantas Group for presentation to the CEO and Board. This includes ensuring the information is consistent, accurate, complete and appropriately presented for the audience.I am also responsible for the establishment of action plans around culture change, with a particular focus on Safety (which is our first priority) throughout the Group, as well as Event Management for key Safety-related initiatives throughout the year.My role utilises my project management, change management and data analysis skills

I partnered with different business areas to understand their business and change management requirements involved in successfully relocating the workforce to a new work style and location.I collated business requirements and documented procedures and processes for the use of a Company-wide training facility, involving establishing PC-based training rooms and how these can be used by the wider workforce.My role included the delivery of presentations on new facilities and methods of working as well as promoting a community feel on our new corporate headquarters.

* Provide oversight and support to the Qantas training community around best practice / procedures for the learning management system. * Fulfil a Business Analysis and end to end Project Management role on LMS enhancements projects.* Implementing a measurement and evaluation strategy for learning programs across Qantas.

Responsible for improving the data integrity, usability and reputation of the training administration system. Involves liaising with multiple segments across the business to understand requirements and managing stakeholder expectations and relationships

Managed several projects, predominantly focused around web development and underlying booking support systems. Responsibilities included coordinating workshops, defining project scope, determining requirements, test preparation and execution through to implementation.
