Operating on a scope with two main areas – people working at our offices and our production sites.For people working at our offices, I support and coach managers but also employees throughout the organization (production, distribution, SF Anytime and support functions) in all parts of the employee life cycle – from employer branding and recruitment to work environment, retention and exit. Supported countries are Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK. For our production sites within film and TV, I am mainly working through our producers by strengthening their leadership – but I also work in close collaboration with the entire productions e.g. by educating all personnel on our policies and making sure our productions are in line with our culture and values and setting guidelines and routines.

Working broadly within HR, supporting managers in Europe and managers with employees in Europe in all different kind of matters. This ranges from recruitments to support in labor law. Mostly working with the business unit Tobii Dynavox. Also responsible for the work environment committee and driving all migration cases. Have during spring 2018 successfully launched a global HR system where I acted as global project leader on the HR side. This job involved gathering requirements from the different countries, setting up global people processes (onboarding, changes and exits etc), testing, data collection, create content and educating managers. The project ran for about 5 months from initiation to launch globally. One big part of the process was understanding labor law and absence and vacation rules in the different countries in order to build the correct absence patterns.
