I assisted customers with finding the right pair of shoes based on understanding customer psychology. I frequently met and exceeded sales and signup targets. As a result of my performance I was given Employee of the Quarter. I trained new hires on how to better interact and understand customers and their needs. I frequently spoke in several languages to interact with customers and create connections.To speed up filling out our sales planner and increase productivity, I wrote an Android application that calculates targets for apparel, merchandise and shoes.

I worked with teachers, educational professionals, and the IT department to set up technology that fit the needs of the teachers to provide the best learning experience. We set up all sorts of technology, including phones, TVs, desktops, printers, and tablets. We also worked to light up Ethernet ports around the school when needed.Towards the end of my internship, I worked with web automation to improve the efficiency of my job and set up tools for future interns.

During my internship, I designed webpages using HTML, CSS and WordPress on the Kardin Help Center. I created new design standards and Implemented a new system where we worked around WordPress's limitations by using Unicode characters as icons. I worked frequently with both technically experienced members and customer representatives to shape the website.
