Mr. Allison has been practicing law since 1982 and has extensive experience in the following areas: commercial, insurance and real estate litigation, business law including contract negotiation and preparation, appellate work, representation of banks and lending institutions, and personal Injury. Mr. Allison received his JD degree from the Texas Tech University of Law, Lubbock, Texas and a BBA from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 1981 and the State Bar of New Mexico in May 1982. Mr. Allison is currently admitted to practice before all state courts of Texas and New Mexico, the United States District Court, District of New Mexico and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
