Director Of Major Accounts
CurrentResponsible for the oversight/management of the relationship and products for our major/strategic accounts. - Oversee the Strategy, Roadmap and Development of Computrition’s military accounts while considering needs of commercial accounts- Oversee and ensure that the procedures/functions of the military accounts product manager(s) are consistent and efficiently/effectively executed- Be a resource for team brainstorming and problem solving/design sessions- Ensure military products have a consistent user experience with our commercial products-Oversee training of the appropriate teams on new releases, enhancements, and products at set meetings or via webinars for military products- Drive through initiatives to retain and develop our existing military accounts- Support and initiate strategic Sales & Marketing initiatives for these accounts- Ensure communication with these key accounts is occurring on a regular basis based on established best practices- Oversee the execution of the annual User Conferences specific to the military- Lead completion of RFPs, contracts and renewals for these major accounts- Be a resource for billing/collection- Manage sales projections and leads for the military accounts
