(Rails, React, RESTful, MySQL)- Managed the overhaul of our reporting platform, implementing the ability to schedule and queue reports during off-peak hours. This strategic approach helped us distribute the database load over a manageable timeframe. (Ruby, Resque, Redis, MySQL)- Developed a real-time chat solution that empowers our customers to engage in seamless conversations with their consumers through a user-friendly interface, available via both SMS and Web Chat. (WebComponents, RESTful, Node.js, Socket.io, MySQL)- Developed a Webhook templating tool that simplified the process of customizing and sending Webhook templates to customers based on specific conditions. Prior to this tool, application support had to manually create templates for each customer.
