Responsible for leading a regional team that will monitor the Commercial Loan portfolio and serves as an escalation point and SPOC for their regional team, Dealer Lending and Field Sales and for managing and developing a team of representatives that are accountable for all aspects of Commercial Loan Portfolio Management. Leads the development and execution of credit portfolio risk monitoring activities, including analytics and process enhancements. • Manage Special Asset accounts of high-risk automotive dealers, Bass Pro authorized dealers and Private Label Groups at the wholesale/commercial level• Mitigate all categories of risk for Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC).• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Field Sales, and Executive Management to provide account updates and implement strategies to alleviate risk. • Present and prepare presentations to the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Legal Counsel and provide monthly updates on Special Asset accounts.• Analyze and review all financial and legal documentation to protect TMCC assets and minimize financial risk to the organization. • Collaborate and innovate with appropriate stakeholders on projects, initiatives, system enhancements, and implementation or modification of TMCC policies and procedures • Support Toyota Financial Savings Bank on initiatives, risk management and asset growth. • Provide training and consultation to the sales/field organization, dealer underwriting team, and new hires.
