I come from a management background and am looking to move into the tech space. I spent three years as a restaurant manager where I worked closely with ownership to constantly improve all aspects of the business. By focusing on long term goals we were able to drastically improve both profitability, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and food quality. I was an integral part of many new initiatives that helped achieve these goals.I'm hoping to bring my problem solving skills, desire for constant improvement, eye for detail, and love of building new projects to the tech field as I transition careers. My current programming experience is working with React, Redux, AWS S3, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Nodejs, Express, JSON Web Token, and PostgreSQL.
