Senior Manager - Customer Success | Southern Europe
Current- Oversee a growing team of 12+ individuals (Account Managers, CSM, Onboarding Consultants…) across 3 countries to drive sustainable supply chain programs within a portfolio of 120+ large and mid-size companies - Act as account sponsor for the customers managed by the team.- Support customer satisfaction, revenue growth, contract renewals, upsell and partnership reviews.- Part of the Management Team of the Global Business Unit (200+ team members)- Cross-department collaboration to contribute to the company's hyper growth and innovation on partnerships, management and operations.
