Negotiates, prepares, and manages facility rental agreements, deposits, insurance certificates and any other necessary legal and financial documents per event. • Responsible for collateral sales materials for the Rose Quarter. • Liaison to City of Portland for the management of the Community Status Program and Community Status rentals and use of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Exhibit Hall, and Rose Quarter Commons. Specific focus on BIPOC community activity, use and retention.• Event budget, revenue, and reconciliation as well as oversight and review of show settlements.
