BP has a significant presence in five core markets: Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and San Francisco.- Management of base building design and construction projects totaling over 750,000 GSF and in excess of $200,000,000 in construction costs.- Management of tenant improvements and capital expenditure projects totaling over 2,500,000 RSF and in excess of $160,000,000 in construction costs. - Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, lease negotiation, selection and management of AE consultants, design, contractor selection and award, construction management, and cost control.- Led the suburban construction group, responsible for all TI and CapEx projects in a 4,000,000 RSF portfolio of over 40 assets, managed a team of 5 construction managers.- Major Recent Projects include:-- 88 Ames (design and construction of a 23 story, 280 unit residential tower with 16,000 RSF of retail in Kendall Square - constrained site required acquisition of a portion of Ames Street from the City of Cambridge and demolition of 2 bays of an existing multilevel parking facility - tracking LEED Gold)-- 10 CityPoint (redevelopment of existing 8-acre site in Waltham, MA with design and construction of 260,000 RSF office building with 16,000 RSF of retail space and a separate 250,000 SF eight-level structured parking facility - LEED Platinum)-- Cambridge Center Expansion (design and construction of two separate buildings to connect three existing assets and create a multi-level campus for Google in Cambridge, MA - LEED Gold)-- Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum (fee development design and construction of pile supported structure, barge and replica ships in the Fort Point Channel in Boston, MA)-- BCBSMA (330,000 RSF fit out of 14 floors at 101 Huntington Ave. in Boston, MA - LEED Platinum)
