Assist in the planning and development of all operational aspects of the National Youth Competition - Toyota Cup Provide vision and direction in the development of goals, plans and strategies for the NYC Proactively advise the NRL on changing needs and opportunities affecting players  Review the competition and making recommendations on the games operations and issues around salary cap and education and welfare issues Manage the budget for the NYC  Contribute to the structure and format of the induction camp for all clubs in the competition  Contribute to the development and review of policies, rules and procedures that govern participation in the NRL competitions
