I am a construction professional with a strong desire to help the industry improve on all stages of construction by implementing technology. The construction industry can use technology to provide better services to the owner. Technology can improve the estimation, coordination, scheduling, sustainability and safety processes that every project requires. All these improvements provide a better project when implemented correctly.I have extensive experience in implementing and training customers on how to easily adopt and be successful in using new tools and workflows. I have many years of direct customer interaction which has lead to growing sales revenue year over year and continuing to overachieve quota. I have headed up the product development and management for Tekla Structures North American concrete segment which includes rebar and precast concrete. I have spoke at numerous colleges about the topic of technology within the construction industry. I feel that we must invest in students because they are the future of our industry. While speaking at colleges nationwide, I saw the need to continue my education. I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Construction Management at LSU to expand my knowledge about all aspects of construction. Pursuing a Master’s degree while working full time has it challenges but the end results are worth it.I see giving back as a big responsibility so I've taught a class at MTSU for a number of years around technology in construction, volunteer my time to high school students and help out with different community organizations.
