Michael Cassis is a Brands Director at Mintra, a leading manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods with over 5000 employees. He holds a Master's degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from King's College London. He is also a board member of The Littlest Lamb, a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the lives of orphans and street children in Egypt. At Mintra, Michael oversees the communication and integration with Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Staples in the US, Aldi in Germany, and Auchan and Carrefour in France. He also established the opening of affiliates in Boston and Paris, and launched Mintra's own platforms. His vision is to transform Mintra into a world-renowned brand that focuses on social and environmental sustainability. He is proud that Mintra is the first and only firm in Egypt to offer gender pay equality in manual labor, and that it works on projects to abolish single-use plastic and find alternative raw material sources. His goal is to engage as many people as possible and provide them with safe and secure career plans and work environments.
