Throughout my career, I have worked with talented people focussed on the banking and financial services industries.Since 2017 I have been driving cultural change in the Financial Services industry. As Chief of Staff / Executive Manager to NAB's Chief Legal & Commercial Counsel, I have supported NAB’s Corporate Affairs, Customer Resolution and Remediation, Governance and Legal teams to deliver better customer outcomes everyday and to improve the experience that my colleagues have at work. My previous roles as a client relationship and business development specialist means that I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping others succeed. My passion has led to me to learn more about client-centred development, Strategic Account Leadership and integrated leadership models.Since late 2021, I have led NAB's Customer Vulnerability & Partnerships function. I am passionate about supporting all customers, particularly those who require extra care and support. I am particularly passionate about helping women experiencing domestic & family, people experiencing addiction and gambling harm, victims of financial / elder abuse and no and low income Australians. I am also an advocate for enhanced payment methods and channels to ensure banking is made more inclusive and accessible through our payment network partnerships.
