I'm a technologist, community builder, and bureaucracy hacker passionate about improving the ways that government interacts with and provides value to the American people in the digital age. I serve as Skylight's COO for their Human Services business line, where I am accountable for operational and delivery excellence. Prior to joining Skylight, I spent over a decade with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), serving in advisory roles for enterprise data and technology strategy, as a product leader and organizational strategist, as a software architect and engineer for data processing pipelines, and as an epidemiologist focused on national surveillance of foodborne pathogens. I've been recognized by public and private sector leaders alike for my ability to build novel and effective partnerships around new technologies in times of national emergency and guide products and multidisciplinary teams through periods of launch, growth, change, and crisis.
