Greetings! My name is Michael G. Coleman II and I am a native of Lewisville, TX. I received my B.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Arlington, and my M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University. I currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.While I have a fairly diverse background, my unique experiences have allowed me to become a well-rounded professional. I have always had a passion for people and helping people, which is shown through my experience working in Education with institutions such as Louisiana State University and the University of Memphis. Following this, I wanted to be able to make a larger impact on others as they look to advance their lives through careers and opportunities. Working within talent acquisition allows me to not only place talent in various positions, but to build relationships with candidates that stretch far beyond an interview. I thoroughly enjoy serving others by intentionally getting to know their background and desires, so that I can point them in the right direction for their next endeavor.
