Managed assigned charged off account receivables for premier clients including JP Morgan Chase, Capital One Bank, Citicorp/Citibank. Ensure quality customer service goals achieved for client, negotiate repayment of outstanding obligations through various payment options. Determine disposition of elevated support calls to required support team (Bankruptcy, Attorney, Dispute/Fraud, etc).

Ensure uninterrupted daily operation of call center facility and personnel. Conducted new hire training, and continuous development for existing staff including Supervisors/UCM’s. Compile monthly performance reports, analyzing KPI’s and executing corrective action to consistently deliver competitive collection liquidation rates. Communicate with Executive Management daily to ensure organizational, strategic, and tactical objectives are achieved. Annual gross collections average between 2.4MIL – 3.0MIL

Responsible for 3 or more Collection teams and Supervisors. Developed from conception through implementation the “blue print” for organizational Phase II Training which is a widely accepted training element in a number of San Diego based Collection agencies. Consistently ranked #1 collection department by outperforming four Departments 9 out of 12 on average between July 2004 – July 2005.
