 Supervise and train 30 personnel in safe handling, transportation and assembly of all ordnance utilized on installation Ensure all jobs are performed in compliance with applicable safety regulations and publications Ordnance Qualification and Certification Program Board Member responsible for managing screening and application process for personnel to advance their Qualifications and Certifications Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for approximately 600 tons of ordnance valued in excess of 26 million dollars Coordinate with outside agencies to facilitate safe and timely shipment of ordnance items to and from Air Station Manage the schedules of all workers for normal schedule as well as weekends and holidays Ability to use Microsoft software and supply chain management software in order to maintain supply inventory accuracy Ability to ensure a quality product is produced while promoting a safe work environment Support flight operations for seven FA-18 squadrons to ensure continued training of all pilots, to include:• 3 training operations to Yuma, Arizona• 2 training operations to 29 Palms, California• 1 deployment to Japan to include: o 2 training operations in Guamo 1 training operation in Thailand o 1 training operation in the Philippines Manage all logistical aspects of ten different training exercises, to include: Transportation and lodging of all personnel Acquisition and transportation of all support equipment to and from each exercise Coordinate time and place for pick up and return of all ordnance assets utilized for exercise

 Certified Lead Instructor responsible for training 400+ Basically-Trained Aviation Ordnance Marines Train, mentor and evaluate new instructors for the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Meticulously screen all publications and safety regulations to ensure curriculum compliance and accuracy Supervise the breakdown and subsequent re-assembly of weapons systems for the F-A18 aircraft in accordance with applicable publications. Troubleshoot any technical problems that may arise with the weapons systems and figure out a workaround to ensure they are working properly.
