I am an intuitive systems and design thinker with expertise in enterprise design, business/process architecture, service design, business analysis and group facilitation. I am lucky to have had a number of careers in seemingly polar sectors starting with performance in musical theatre, improv comedy and opera, whilst simultaneously working for large corporate organisations in information technology, investment banking, business analysis, architecture and strategy. I am passionate about the deeply human disciplines of facilitation and collaborative design and I believe that bringing people with disparate and often conflicting perspectives together to work collectively is a critical skill when trying to define and address some of the complex, intractable problems that we are faced with in modern life
