As a third generation (on both sides) certified public accountant with over 15 years of experience I work primarily with high net worth individuals, as well as individuals and businesses in the real estate space, providing practical tax advice, consulting services, and financial statement services. With the constantly changing accounting rules and tax laws I am able to educate clients on the impact on their business and create a plan to maximize their profitability.Taxation of real estate offers both pitfalls and exciting tax opportunities, and my experience and expertise helps to guide clients through this process. Recently, by taking advantage of accelerated deductions through a cost segregation study I was able to obtain a significant refund for a client.Both of my grandfathers, as well as my father and uncle, are CPA's, so you could say I didn't have much of choice in careers.
