During my time at Orangetheory, my ultimate goal was to recruit new members to join the OTF family and make sure they have the best experience possible both during their workout, and when they leave the studio.

During the winter and spring months, I worked closely with the Dartmouth College Football program. In this time, I was able to learn a lot about the initial recruitment of student-athletes and performed the following tasks:• Created recruiting profiles for prospective student-athletes.• Administered the creation of graphic designs that encouraged recruits to consider Dartmouth for their higher education and athletics.• Worked with multiple professionals in the field that taught me valuable industry tips and information.
