The AG Sector Board was established as part of the new governance structure for AEM. The Board provides the strategic and operational direction for the agriculture equipment sector of AEM, serving as the advocate for AG members in the Association.

Moore Advanced Services (MAS) was a unit of Moore Business Forms, the world's largest supplier of forms. MAS marketed software and services to help firms implement electronic forms. Responsibilities included positioning, promotion, pricing, product direction, communications, and telemarketing. Accomplishments include:Systematically developed an understanding of customer needs, defined the products and services required, and launched the DocuMaster suite of software and services.Created partnership programs that resulted in 100% increase in leads.Created the unit's brand name, logo, and image. Drove MAS public communications through advertising, press coverage, personal public speaking, and direct mail. MAS received 40% of Moore's press coverage.

Scotsman is the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial ice machines. Responsibilities included marketing, advertising, product management, and communications for the U.S. division. Accomplishments include: Launched new literature, advertising, trade shows, and co-op to reposition Scotsman's image from number two in the U.S. to the worldwide leader. After two years of promoting Scotsman’s leadership in products and services, dealers and customers rated Scotsman the most innovative company in the industry. Established a new price structure creating a premium position for one product line that now commands a 50% share. Gained market share overall and in 4 of 5 product lines.

Sold and ran client engagements in U.S. and European markets. Identified markets for new technologies, developed marketing strategies for new and existing products, designed pricing structures and corrected sales coverage.
