Create the product vision and manage its execution for the solutions, which enable system level integration to the SPS Commerce network for developers, retailers, suppliers, and others who integrate their products and operations in enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS) across organization or their worldwide ecosystem. Create awareness of SPS’ as provider of developer services within the developer community, and create durable engagement with developers Shape the direction and consensus on developer services product strategy, throughout the entire product lifecycle. Provide data-driven, fluid product roadmap that anticipates the needs of existing customer base and identifies opportunities of expansion into new customer and market segments as the market evolves. Collaborate with organizations across the company and outside of it.Be accountable for delivery and performance of the product family and individual products.

Integrating Direct EDI customers and products with SPS Commerce. Working with SPS Commerce executive team to merge Direct EDI’s US and Off-Shore operations with SPS Commerce. Leading or assisting executives with various strategic initiatives, such as organizing re-thinking of File Integration product strategy, related solution line, product vision, release planning prioritization. Developing business cases and go to market strategies for various solutions and markets. Assisting in due diligence, integration planning and participating in industry targets evaluations.

Co-founded and led the growth of Direct EDI, a web application software-as-a-service company providing EDI solutions to the supply chain sector of the retail industry, successfully selling it to its largest competitor in May of 2011. After funding the company launch and initial product development, built a very profitable forty person company generating millions of annual recurring revenue that became recognized nationally as the number two player in the web EDI market. Used a number of innovative approaches in building the company, including creating a disruptive solution that met the needs of a previously un-served customer segment, building a highly successful offshore development center in the Ukraine, following a cash efficient model that required no external debt or equity financing, and enabling exponential growth through a network effects “two-sided” business model.

Founded and led custom software development company specializing in developing B2B e-commerce solutions for the Fortune 500 customers. Called on executives and secured customer contracts, grossed 200K in projects in the first year of business. Designed and setup redundant data centers and co-location environment for hosting developed application resulting in additional 250K annual recurring revenue.

For the first 5 years after college worked as software engineer for several software development companies creating enterprise level e-commerce solutions for customers such as Intuit, McDonald, FedEx, Farmers Insurance, Microsoft, and other global corporations. Worked on geo-location driven e-commerce, HR systems for multisite corporations, Open Enrollment benefits election systems, publishing platform for global scientific publication.
