As Director of Analysis, I am responsible for working with the individual project managers to determine the project requirements and delivery dates. I must then coordinate the analysis team, delegating the necessary assignments and reviewing all work to ensure that all analyses meet REGAL standards. It is also my responsibility to define those REGAL standards and develop and maintain all protocol documentation and templates required to complete the analyses. Additionally, I provide support to the business development team by meeting potential clients on technical matters and providing insight to the proposal writing process.

As senior analyst, I was responsible for completing particularly challenging projects and conducting new forms of analysis not previously seen. I assisted the junior analyst team with performing their analysis tasks and reviewed all deliverables for clarity and validity. I would then travel for on-site delivery meetings to present the analysis findings to the client. I also developed simulation software and analysis tutorial documentation and trained all new hires to ensure consistency throughout the analysis team.

As a junior analyst, my primary responsibilities were performing data collection trips, completing data reduction and analysis tasks, and using REGAL software to perform simulation analyses. I would then compile the analysis results in a clear, concise manner for presentation to the client. While conducting these analyses, I would also perform quality assurance testing on the simulation software to ensure proper functionality and validity of results.
