Hey all! I'm a New York native who just recently moved to Providence Rhode Island for better opportunity for my growing family. I joined the nonprofit organization Year Up as an IT Desktop Support Specialist to get my foot in the door in the ever-expanding world of technology for a promising career in tech. I'm currently studying for my CompTIA certification for computer fundamentals and will be looking to learn Networking and Cyber Security soon after. My skills range from customer support, Microsoft suit such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word and soft skills including problem solving, adaptability and having a strong work ethic to name a few. My goal is to build my network in Providence, connecting with others and adding value any way I can while growing rapport with likeminded individuals for my personal endeavors.
